Boothtown outscored the opposition in the second half for the second game running but were once again too far behind after a disappointing first half.
Terriers were first to score, after holding out Littleboro with great defence, Gareth Cox intercepted a Littleboro pass to score and Paul Rawson’s conversion gave Terriers a 6-0 lead. That was as good as it got with Littleboro taking control with four tries to lead 22-6 at half time.
In the second half Littleboro increased their lead with an early converted try before a determined Jamie Love scored in the corner. Littleboro scored their last try before Boothtown finished the game on top with two tries, the first when Paul Rawson gathered his own kick and from the play the ball Dale Brown dived over and Craig Knowles powered his way over in the corner for the second and with Paul Rawson converting both with the latter from the touchline, Boothtown ended the game on a high and but for a poor first half could have taken something from the game.
